Registered Nurse Compensation
- The hourly rate for this role is $40+ per hour (commensurate with experience)

Registered Nurse Highlights
- This role starts as a contract position with the potential for permanent placement based on attendance, performance, and operational needs

Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Act as a Registered Nurse Supervisor maintaining regular communication and collaboration with the Chief Nurse Executive, Nurse Manager I, and other supervisors to ensure consistent care and supervision
- Serve as a valuable resource for nursing staff, administration, interdisciplinary team members, and consumer support services
- Provide direct clinical supervision, leadership, and advocate for consumers to ensure active treatment and quality care across various care areas
- Offer counseling and healthcare education to patients on disease prevention and maintenance
- Exhibit discretion and maintain confidentiality
Registered Nurse Requirements
- Preferably holds an Associates of Science or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of PA
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
