  • Support the Front Office and Food and Beverage teams in providing superior guest service by addressing and resolving guest issues and requests efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Process restaurant reservations and in-room dining orders.
  • Assist in providing outstanding guest service.
  • Transcribe messages accurately and provide wake-up call information.
  • Communicate emergency information promptly and courteously.
  • Act as a dispatcher for security and guest services associates.
  • Answer basic inquiries and respond to emergencies.
  • Remain calm and resolve complications during emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with guests and associates.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
