As a PT Advisor Assistant you will be responsible for

About the role

We want to hear from you today if you can:

  • Providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor.
  • Scheduling appointments with clients.
  • Maintaining an accurate calendar for the advisor.
  • Providing appropriate documentation for client appointments.
  • Assist with transaction follow up and updates for
  • This position will not perform selling duties, nor advise clients
  • Pay rate $15$16 per hour
What we are looking for

  • Excellent verbal communication and have the ability to interact effectively with external contact
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Must consistently exercise discretion in handling client interactions and information
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Three years office clerical experience
  • Additional experience in the insurance, financial services, or customer service environment a plus
  • Position is for 15 hrs./week.
  • Please note: The job can only be performed in the State locations listed: California.
