About the Role

As a Sanitation Shift Lead at Wawona Frozen Foods, you will lead a team of grounds personnel. Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will oversee all sanitation tasks, chemical preparations, and shift documentation.

  • Active participation in Safety program
  • Compliance with GMP, HAACP, Food Safety, and more
  • Coordinate sanitation techs' tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness of non-production areas
  • Train new employees on safety procedures
  • Monitor sanitation standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of Sanitation experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Punctual and reliable

Location

This position is based at our Cedar or Alluvial location.
