Job Summary:
In this role, you'll prepare food and serve customers following all standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Get daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items based on quantities and recipes.
  • Complete daily production and waste log sheets, ensuring quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
  • Store, label, and date food items following policy. Adhere to HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation and reports.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take orders and prepare items promptly.
  • Serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  • Follow food recipes, production standards, and portion control.
  • Use approved practices to ensure quality and safety.
  • Address customer concerns and perform other duties as needed.
