Position: 12+ Month Contract
Location: Remote position (Employee must be located in the PST time zone and required to work PST hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST))
Overview: Looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to independently handle video Marketing intake requests. The perfect candidate should be extremely organized, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and excel in enhancing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all video Marketing intake requests, identify required support, delegate tasks, and monitor progress on action items.
- Establish and enforce new processes, making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct governance calls with multi-functional teams.
- Produce leadership reports.
- Coordinate Decisioning University (DU) training, conduct sessions with trainers, offer feedback on training materials to enhance DU experience.
- Ensure completion of action items and closure.
Requirements:
- Background in project management utilizing MS Project or equivalent tools.
- Strong organizational aptitude with a focus on tracking intake progress.
- Aptitude for leading meetings and following up on action items.
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Visio for updates in process improvement.
- Self-motivated individual comfortable providing feedback on process enhancement.
- Familiarity with DIRECTV product offerings and internal systems is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey information to stakeholders.
