Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Part Time Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician will work under the supervision of the Office Manager and will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility and helping to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning work environment.
This position is multi-faceted and involves a combination of general building maintenance and doing what it takes to help make things run well each day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot basic facility issues.
Have ability to work with computerized AC control systems and ability to handle minor AC issues and perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in common areas, including breakrooms and restrooms.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
Assist with any and all furniture and office moves/changes.
Assist with mail processing and shipping as needed.
Perform courier services as needed
Assist with any task required by the Office Manager or building owners
Agree with Charisma Media's Vision Statement, beliefs and values.
On-call responder for after-hours emergency calls
