  • Responsible for overall personal computer activity
  • Establishes and implements PC policies, procedures, and standards
  • Studies and projects PC resource requirements
  • Maintains currency in new technology
  • Provides training for department staff and end users
  • Directs setup and maintenance of library and materials
  • Ensures security procedures are implemented
  • Provides leadership in the effective use of data processing
  • Conducts hardware maintenance
  • Undertakes minor system tasks
  • Installs new releases and updates
  • Applies automated hardware management and diagnostics systems
  • Plans and provides recommendations for preventative maintenance
  • Provides technical assistance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of experience

Required Skillset:
Perform STIGs & IAVA implementation for system devices

  • Ability to interact with customers
  • Perform Active Directory functions
Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCIRequired Certification(s):DoD M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE)

Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
  • 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+
  • Required Computing Environment Certification:

MCSA Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Linux+, VCP5, Azure Administrator Fundamentals etc
