Responsibilities:

  • Prepare appetizers, salads, and sandwiches with creativity and precision.
  • Garnish dishes to perfection.
  • Perform efficient meal prep before guests arrive.
  • Maintain ingredient freshness and reduce food waste through proper storage.
  • Ensure impeccable food plating, temperature, and portions for all cold dishes.
  • Sterilize kitchen equipment for hygiene and safety.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Recommend innovative recipes to enhance our menu.
  • Keep your station clean and organized at all times.
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.

Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Pantry Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role is preferred, but not will train
  • Proficiency with professional kitchen equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of food plating techniques.
  • Understanding of kitchen health and safety rules.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
