Responsibilities:
- Prepare appetizers, salads, and sandwiches with creativity and precision.
- Garnish dishes to perfection.
- Perform efficient meal prep before guests arrive.
- Maintain ingredient freshness and reduce food waste through proper storage.
- Ensure impeccable food plating, temperature, and portions for all cold dishes.
- Sterilize kitchen equipment for hygiene and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Recommend innovative recipes to enhance our menu.
- Keep your station clean and organized at all times.
- Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.
- Previous experience as a Pantry Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role is preferred, but not required...we will train
- Proficiency with professional kitchen equipment.
- Strong knowledge of food plating techniques.
- Understanding of kitchen health and safety rules.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
