**What You'll Do**

As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for an individual 'module' within a BCG client engagement and cultivate specialized knowledge to help solve clients' issues. You will tackle a variety of digital topics, utilizing generalist consulting skills for strategic digital and technology questions. Collaborating with clients to comprehend their challenges, you will devise change strategies, gain support for your recommendations, and work with peers to convert client potential into performance.

Consultants within the TDA Chapter are integral to BCG's core consulting team, partnering with all practice areas to create value and competitive advantages for clients. You will assist clients in answering critical questions related to AI disruption, data and analytics utilization for personalized outreach, agile-driven digital services delivery, and more.

For U.S. applicants:
The first-year base compensation for this role is $140,000 in USD, along with additional performance bonuses and retirement contributions. BCG offers a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision expenses for employees and their families.
