Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) is dedicated to providing pediatric primary care to infants, children, and teens across northeast Ohio through our numerous pediatric offices. We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time BE/BC pediatrician to join our Ashland West practice, which has served the community with excellent pediatric care for over two decades. The practice, supported by two experienced pediatricians and three skilled nurse practitioners, is growing and offers an outpatient role with after-hours call duties and Saturday office hours shared among providers. Physician calls are screened by our exceptional after-hours nurse triage phone line, handling the majority of calls before reaching the physician.
This position is designated as a 501(c)(3) site eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.
Our offices adhere to standard hospital policies while preserving the unique local culture of each practice. Physicians have access to EPIC, an integrated electronic health record system implemented across the organization. All our primary care offices are PCMH certified (Patient-Centered Medical Home), enhancing relationships between patients and their clinical care teams, improving quality of care and patient experience, boosting staff satisfaction, and reducing healthcare costs.
