Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping to ensure work areas, docks, aisles, and common spaces are clean and organized.
- Select materials, equipment, and supplies for tasks; reassign resources as needed.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and initiate corrective actions.
- Prioritize and schedule routine maintenance; manage work priorities effectively.
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
- Lead a diverse team performing maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and systems maintenance.
- Quality check completed work for thoroughness and precision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Degree in general maintenance or related area or equivalent years of experience
- 2 years in general maintenance (Industrial Setting)
- 2 year in management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical School: 2 years with a focus on maintenance-related disciplines.
- Experience: 3 years in a closely related maintenance field.
- Language: Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
