Corporate Marketing Coordinator- Temporary Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist in the exploration, planning, and execution of Influencer marketingcampaigns, and other strategic initiatives.

Liaison with the Organic Social team to assist in the following:
content collection from the field,submissions/workflow, scheduling, and initiatives for lead generation and to increase followers.
Contributing member of the Back to School / Fall Rush Task Force, handling various tasks andexecution of tactics.
Cyber campaign strategic development and coordination, including research, data collection andanalysis, organizing documents and other items as needed.

Must understand the basics of traditional and digital marketing, (including strong workingknowledge of social media).Assist in the coordination direct mail to include proof reading, editing, tracking, and planning tosupport strategic initiatives.

Actively involved with paid digital strategies and execution that support strategic programs.

Coordinates the development and production of marketing creative and materials via outsideagencies to ensure materials are developed and delivered on schedule.

Assists with budget, expense tracking, and ROI results from strategic initiatives.
Develops sales collateral materials for sales teams and other support functions.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Paid digital media degree or agency background a plus, either full service or media planning.
  • Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong interdepartmental and external working relationships with key contributorsresulting in successful sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of common software packages. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office is required.
  • Must be creative, a critical thinker, team oriented, energetic, organized and the ability to handlemultiple tasks is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during events.
  • Some travel may be required
