Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, internet leads, and customer retention with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and assist in setting up dealership visits.
  • Ensure accurate customer information management and uphold prompt response standards.
  • Arrange sales appointments, aiming for long-term client relationships.
  • Address minor customer concerns effectively.

This role requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
