Job Description:
  • Provide guidance to warehouse staff, including Material Handler I and II team members.
  • Plan and prioritize daily workflow to meet production and shipping schedules.
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee replenishment processes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards through regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; progress towards a university degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of warehouse management experience or a related field.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and system transactions.

Work Schedule and Conditions:
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday.
  • No travel is required for this position.
  • Work Environment: Well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned indoor office setting.
  • Physical Demands: Moderate physical activity with manual dexterity requirements.
