The Accounts Payable (AP) Payment Processor is responsible for processing three (3) types of invoices received from the field; Work Orders, Purchase Orders and IR invoices using the Yardi system. The position is also responsible for researching invoice payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and communicating with vendors and internal employees in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
  • Process company Check and EFT/Ach payments on a weekly basis. Print and mail tenant refund checks. Obtain proper signatures as required.
  • Scan and void required checks in Yardi system. Ability to multitask. Follow up with returned checks and resolve any discrepancies and issues in timely manner.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing as needed. Help with various projects. Distribute limited incoming department mail.
  • Provide support to all departments for internal and external audit requests.
Requirements:
  • 1 or more years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable department preferred.
  • Experience in large ERP system or Yardi preferred.
  • Previous experience with real estate company a plus.
  • PC Skills including MS office.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated, with ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer, quality, and results orientation
  • Ability to be an effective team member.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to foster strong inter-departmental working relationships.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.

For positions that are permitted or required to work remotely, employees may conduct work only within the United States and only in states where the Company is already conducting business, unless for brief periods, consistent with Company policy.

In the states of Colorado, California, Washington, and Illinois; the anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $20.38 to $27.45 per hour. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts and/or health savings accounts; dependent savings accounts; 401(k) with company matching contributions; employee stock purchase plan; and, a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
