Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Paint Tinter to join our team in Houston. As a Paint Tinter, you will be responsible for tinting paints and coatings in various containers, assisting in batch making, filling, and mixing. You will also operate computer-operated machinery for dispensing pigments.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate paint equipment and software programs effectively for Tint Fulfillment.
  • Accurately meet customers' color matching needs.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety rules and procedures.
  • Provide color samples for customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently operate a forklift.
  • Maintain product quality and organization.
  • Work independently to meet production goals.
  • Match colors accurately by sight.
  • Keep the work station clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in paint tinting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in operating computerized machinery and software.
  • Knowledge of forklift operation.
  • Attention to detail and color matching skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to a clean and safe work environment.
Compensation:
  • Pay: $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience.
