The Opportunity

As the Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in our sales team by nurturing client partnerships and developing creative strategies to not just meet but exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to ensure unparalleled satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to surpass targets, focusing on expanding existing client base and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Evaluate client needs and propose customized solutions utilizing our wide range of copier and IT products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to identify possibilities and mitigate risks.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead client contract discussions and secure favorable terms aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate detailed reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions by senior management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales account management, especially in the copier and IT solutions sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for market analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in solution-based selling environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
  • Strategic thinking skills to create and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • Valid state driver's license and required auto insurance coverage.
