Impact Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced
Civil Project Designer with excellent CAD skills for the Land Division located in our clients Des Moines, IA office
.


Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in land development; including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in stormwater management (SWM
).

Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. a plus.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D and MicroStation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure design to include sewer, water and paving
  • Ability to develop comprehensive construction document set

Additional Skills:


  • Identifying project scope and budget management
  • Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
