The Division of Community Correction is recruiting for a Program Support Supervisor - DOC (Regional Program Support Supervisor). This position will be working in the Regional Office at region 3, 1300 N. 7th St., Suite 300, Milwaukee, WI.
Position Summary

This position serves as office manager for the Division of Community Corrections in the Regional Office.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating office management and administrative operations; directing the maintenance of offender-driven data systems; and supervising assigned program support staff.

In addition, this position is responsible for performing various fiscal, purchasing, and budgetary activities; managing the office's computer systems; and managing forms and records.

This position exercises a considerable amount of individual initiative, independent judgment, and decision-making ability, while maintaining confidentiality.

Also, responsible for the facilitation of personnel transactions and ensure that training and directions are provided to regional management staff.

This position completes special DOC and DCC projects and administrative assignments independently.
Salary Information

This position is in pay schedule/range with an annual salary of $ $77584, plus excellent benefits.

Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire.

A probationary period is required.

Job Details

The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens.

This position has the flexibility of a hybrid in-office and remote work schedule on occasion.

Qualifications:

Minimally qualified applicants will have experience in all the following: Using financial management systems and tools to develop and produce reports related to budgets or financial accounts Providing administrative support ( e.g. coordinating, facilitating and scheduling interviews, answering inquiries, report auditing, etc.) Performing leadership duties ( e.g. reviewing work, directing workflow, improving efficiency and productivity, etc.)
