Description:

Looking for a skilled Service Technician to assist our client's current customers. This is a lucrative long-term opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. The ideal candidate should have their own basic hand tools, proficiency in using a multimeter, and diagnosing connection issues.   • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues with the following equipment and systems:
    • Custom Control systems: Crestron DM and NVX / AMX
    • Advanced audio video systems in executive board rooms and conference centers
    • Video teleconferencing equipment
    • Audio Visual over IP (AVoIP) networks
    • Audio DSP based systems
    • Projection display devices
    • Video wall equipment
    • Digital signage equipment
    • RF Systems

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance testing
  • Perform site surveys for service agreement quotes
  • Write detailed service reports and system site surveys
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage multiple service projects efficiently
  • Lead and support junior/intermediate level field service techs

Education & Skills

  • Minimum two-year diploma from a technical college or equivalent
  • Preferably CTS certification or similar experience
  • At least 3 years of field service experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds, work in varied environments and heights
