CNC Machinist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 3-5 years of
experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC
lathe operations, proficient knowledge of G&M codes, demonstrated
capability in machine setup, and strong proficiency in blueprint reading.
**Responsibilities:**
Operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality
parts according to specifications.
Interpret and understand blueprints, sketches, and
drawings to ensure accurate machining processes.
Set up and configure CNC machines, including loading
programs, setting tooling, and establishing work offsets.
Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to
production schedules and quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure
optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining
processes, tooling, or programming.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering
to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably
in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient knowledge of G&M codes and experience
with CNC programming.
Extensive experience with CNC lathe operations and
setup.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints,
and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and precision in machining
processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
machine issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work
effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and
machining techniques.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Vocational or technical training in machining or
related field.
Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC
machines.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and
practices.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
**Shift**
+ 2nd (5p-5a) Monday-Thursday
**Pay**
+ $24-$26 based on experience
