Sr. Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee and manage resources and efficient processes for a large-complex distribution center operation.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading customer orders. Establish operational procedures for shipment verification, material handling, and warehouse inventory management. Lead daily processes to ensure order fulfillment and production excellence.
  • Support sales representatives and sales leadership to provide outstanding customer service. Address customer concerns and support the resolution of complaints.
  • Manage human resource processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation administration, and training. Foster a positive employee relations culture.
  • Ensure safety practices compliance, including safety meetings and adherence to OSHA regulations.
  • Manage employee population to achieve company goals and ensure policy compliance.
  • Handle financial aspects of Distribution Center Operations to control expenses and preserve assets.
  • Communicate effectively in group and individual settings, demonstrate effective leadership, and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Manage through multiple Managers and/or Supervisors, oversee projects/outcomes, and have budget responsibilities.

  • Anticipated salary range for this position is $110,240 to $165,360.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years management experience OR High School diploma and at least 7 years management experience.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience

  • Preference for experience in a large distribution center environment.
