Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our community at all times. Your duties will involve immediate response to emergencies, coordination with relevant authorities, and maintaining order during crisis situations. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate documentation of incidents within The Lutheran Home premises, including investigations into any unlawful activities or security breaches. Foster positive relationships with your colleagues, residents, and visitors through your professional demeanor and welcoming demeanor.

Schedule: Full-time overnight position, from 7 pm to 7 am.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in security highly desirable
  • Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions effectively
  • Valid driver's license mandatory
  • Completion of a 20-hour Security Training Program from a local Community College preferred
