Job Responsibilities
- Create, modify, execute, and automate test plans for octoScope products to meet functional, scale, and performance requirements.
- Validate new and existing functionality, identify and document software and system defects.
- Upgrade platforms, troubleshoot software, operating system, and hardware issues.
- Provide tier 3 product support for technical issues, perform API level testing, system testing, black box functional testing, UI testing, and white box testing.
- Collaborate with teams including Development, Support, Product Management, Operations, and R&D in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Maintain automation test scripts, communicate significant issues during quality assurance, develop new approaches to problem-solving, and influence product design.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Product Verification, Quality Assurance, System Integration, Test, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in interfaces, protocols, and devices used in WiFi, TCP, UDP, SCTP transport protocols, Wireshark, and developing test tools using standard languages.
