RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibility of a Community Support Worker is to assist individuals in acquiring and improving their daily living, domestic, adaptive, and socialization skills.


  • Provide 1:1 In-Home and Community-Based support to individuals
  • Help individuals achieve various goals at home and in the local community
  • Transport individuals to appointments, shopping, and recreation activities
  • Record and submit accurate weekly progress notes
  • Complete required training tailored to individuals' needs
REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, BCI
  • Willingness to drive individuals in personal vehicle
*CPR/First Aid/AED certification required or willingness to obtain

ADVANTAGES
*Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience

*$250 bonus after completing 30 days of work.
