Coordinate with the Billing, Credit & Collections Departments to obtain all appropriate information to e-bill our customers invoices, including timely follow up to these requests.


Effectively supports the credit and collections team to ensure timely collection while maintaining good customer relationships with a positive attitude.

Ensure timely invoice submission to clients based on agreed upon timelines with 3rd Party Billing Systems (invoicing portals).

Coordinates credit application and reference request with customers as well as account set-up


Reconciles customer accounts as necessary to aid in collection efforts, including logging into customer portals to review invoice statuses etc.

Assist department with portal workflow development in SmartSheet

Research, reconcile and review e-billing submissions for accuracy, and resubmit invoices if necessary.

Maintain and comply with standard operating procedures for customer invoicing and 3rd Party Billing Systems.

Process invoice rejections and disputes in a timely manner.

Escalate issues and approvals as appropriate.

Review all customer accounts in ERP system weekly to ensure all invoices have been submitted.

Review a variety of reports, documents, and on-line data systems to research problems.

The successful candidate MUST possess excellent research and follow-up skills
