- Competitive wages starting at $35 / hour
- No on-call requirements
- 12 Hour Shifts with current availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
- Annual year-end bonus and attendance bonus

As a LPN with Hoosier Village, you are responsible for the supervision of all nursing activities during each shift and supervising QMAs and CNAs providing direct care to residents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents to and from Hoosier Village.
- Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for assisting in maintaining the Hoosier Village and BHI's facility and nursing care philosophies, through quality nursing.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care.
- Responsible for all mandated Hoosier Village, Federal and State annual hours of in-service education.
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family and staff.
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Two years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
