Job Summary:

Please Note: This role will be ON-SITE at our Clearwater, FL Office.

Identify and attract healthcare professionals for short-term contract roles at diverse medical facilities nationwide. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through exceptional customer service and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a consistent stream of high-quality applicants
  • Achieve or surpass company sales targets within the first year
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly sales Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop expertise in healthcare specialties and units within 6 months
  • Maintain positive relationships under challenging circumstances
  • Gain proficiency in compliance, database management, and payroll processes within 6 months

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in Travel Nurse Recruiting preferred.
  • Minimum of one year in Sales, Account Management, or as an Account Executive
  • Open to feedback and willing to improve. See setbacks as learning opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and apply new information
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and high-pressure situations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Bachelor's Degree
