Position Overview:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Test Room Proctor to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of our client's testing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a conducive testing atmosphere, managing test room logistics, and verifying technical requirements.

Test Proctor Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 7:00AM-2:00PM. Can pick up additional hours for heavier testing days.
  • Pay Rate: $22.00
  • Contract role with no end date

Test Proctor Job Description:
  • Confirm that all training references, displays on walls, bulletin boards, or any other visible aids are removed or out of sight to prevent any assistance to examinees.
  • Verify that the test room is arranged to support a focused testing environment with sufficient seating for up to 15 examinees at a time.
  • Verify that the lockdown browser is in use on all testing computers and that only the ITS OnBoard screen is displayed after logging in using the provided credentials.

Test Proctor Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a proctoring or supervisory role within an educational or testing environment is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel experience is required.
  • Must be able to remain vigilant and attentive throughout the testing period to ensure compliance with all testing protocols.
