ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review work orders and Batch cards for production specifications and details
  • Precisely measure liquids, adhesives, paint, and other conductive chemicals
  • Conduct Mixing operations as per batch card requirements
  • Fill proper containers with materials
  • Label products and perform basic packaging tasks
  • Document production data using Day by Hour system
  • Conduct Quality checks to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Support Safety and 5S program
  • Perform other assigned duties

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:

  • Must hold US Citizenship or Permanent US Resident Status
  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience or batch making required
  • Proficiency in weights and scale usage along with math skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
