**Description**
Places new machine orders through the Caterpillar network.
Assist salesmen when they are looking for items on a particular machine model.
Assist salesmen /managers in searching for new machines from other Caterpillar dealerships and from the Caterpillar Machine Distribution Centers.
Update the Caterpillar Forecasting Tool.
Compiles New Machine Forecasting reports monthly and as needed.
Notify salesmen of any changes that occur with their machine or work tool.
Trades new machines with other Caterpillar dealerships.
Works with Caterpillar transportation and other transportation companies in getting the new equipment to the dealership.
Performs other duties as given by the Sales Operations Manager.
Keeping Safety First and Foremost, at work and at home.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of industry related experience.
Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills.
Advanced computing skills including Work Excel, Outlook, & DBS as well as working with the various Caterpillar sites (DPA, DOCS, MOCS, Mach1, Price Pages, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with Salesmen/Mangers and other Caterpillar Dealership Inventory Managers.
Strong work ethic/motivation to meet Sales Department Goals/Objectives.
