JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervision of security operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, conducting inspections, training and mentoring personnel, and handling administrative tasks as needed by the Branch. In addition, response to incidents and provision of service coverage.

DISTINCTIVE ROLE:
Primary responsibility involves overseeing Security Officers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essence of this role includes supervising security personnel, upholding service quality, addressing any issues promptly, and collaborating with management and clients for seamless service delivery. Ensuring high-quality staff training, development, and retention, and maintaining a professional work environment in alignment with laws and regulations.Providing guidance, motivating performance, maintaining schedules, ensuring compliance with safety measures, and effective communication with management and clients.Regular site inspections, reviewing reports for accuracy, payroll preparation, and undertaking similar tasks as needed for the role.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum age of 18.Effective communication and transportation means.Authorized to work in the United States, proficient in English.High School Diploma or G.E.D.Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.

COMPETENCIES:

Maintaining required licenses.Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices.Ability to motivate, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and flexibility in adapting to various environments.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Physical and mental demands include maintaining composure under pressure, handling challenging situations, and meeting all job requirements effectively.


Employs good judgment, positive disciplinary actions, adaptability to changing work scenarios, and effective use of technology.May be exposed to varying conditions, require overtime, multitasking, and physical tasks.Clear communication both written and verbal, observation, and leadership skills are imperative.Use of vehicles and adherence to safety protocols when necessary.
