Territory Field Manager
is responsible for managing both time and resources to make certain paint and drywall projects are completed on time.
This position is responsible for making sure projects are fully staffed when appropriate and that workers can access tools and building materials.
The Territory Field Manager is expected to work autonomously to accomplish his/her goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation.
Primary Duties Include (but not limited to)Management of daily functions of paint and drywall process.
Communication of information captured in field to labor as well as other team members
Management of daily labor with respect to following appropriate schedules and timelines
Effective management of labor and materials on job level
Maintaining relationships with construction managers of national builders in communities
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.
Must have a clear driving record in order to be approved by the Company's insurance company to drive company
vehicle.
Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors, and team members.
Act independently and originate new approaches to problems.
Maintain initiative to preserve the flow of work.
Work under stress with commitment to deadlines.
Sustain interpersonal relationships, which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.
Complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain Company information in a confidential manner.
Attends work regularly and on time with a minimum of tardiness and absences and adheres to Company policies and procedures regarding absences and tardiness.
Provides adequate notice to higher management with respect to vacation time and time-off requests.Willingness to embrace change in a growing company
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
Ability to work accurately and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new methods & systems required to adapt to changes in the work environment
Accurate, organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow up skills
Frequently communicates with customers, managers, field employees on status of projects.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Performing this job requires frequent use of hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls. Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day.Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently.
Ability to climb up and down steps
The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
Working ConditionsThis position requires working in an outdoors environment.
Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
