We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our firm's Tax Department based in either Allentown, Pennsylvania or Royersford, Pennsylvania office.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
  • Oversee multiple engagements and offer innovative tax planning, consulting, compliance advice to clients
  • Handle preparation and review of intricate tax returns, estate planning, etc.
  • Supervise team members and review work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to budgets
  • Collaborate closely with internal managers and partners to nurture and expand client relationships
  • Guide and support staff at various levels
Qualifications:
  • Obtained Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Hold a valid CPA license
  • Bring 7+ years of recent public accounting tax and estate experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in IRS and other taxing authority regulations and standards
  • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks efficiently while tracking time allocation
  • Skillful in meeting demanding client needs and deadlines
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with employee management capabilities
  • Detail-oriented and committed to achieving high-quality standards
  • Proficient in using tax software and overall computer proficiency
