Full-time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or potentially 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Opportunity for overtime during peak season (summer). Alternating Saturdays (every other Saturday with Monday off)

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone and in-person. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Payment Processing: Efficiently handle payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with field technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency.

Advocacy for Customers: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, advocating for customer needs and ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns or service issues.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, payments, and other relevant information using our CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including technicians and administrative staff, to streamline processes and deliver seamless service to our customers.

Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, customer service best practices, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in air conditioning and heating a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
