Position Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.

You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport, identify customer needs, and effectively present our offerings to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Representative:

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in an efficient manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Make detailed notes of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications of a Call Center Sales Representative:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • call center, sales, and/or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Previous experience with cold calling preferred
  • Track record of overachieving quota with attention to detail.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • MarketSharp experience preferred but not required
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Compensation for a Call Center Sales Representative:

  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Uncapped commission and bonuses
- $ $827.00 per week OTE
