Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • Input and update guest information in the reservation system accurately
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
  • Assist Operations Manager with daily duties of dispatching and overseeing chauffeurs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in transportation industry, hospitality or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively & able to take direction well
  • Proficient in using reservation software or systems
  • Ability to work in a face paced, high pressure environment

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
