Job Summary:

Exciting Opportunity with Estee Lauder This position will oversee new partnership opportunities to expand eCommerce focusing on online channel growth, consumer acquisition & retention, and data analytics.

The role involves developing online channel growth strategy in different markets, a Consumer Data Strategy for Travel Retail, and executing partnership initiatives with Duty-Free Retailers, airlines, and 3rd Party Providers.

Responsibilities include creating data-capture roadmaps, planning Retailer Media & Database Marketing strategies, and implementing new Digital Shelf Analytics Tools. Collaboration with cross-functional partners and maintaining a long-term partnership with ELC to align Online and Consumer Data Approach is crucial.

The ideal candidate should have experience in launching and scaling eCommerce for beauty or luxe brands globally. Experience in Retailer media networks, CRM, and Online business analytics is required.

Qualifications:

Results-oriented individual with a proven track record in online business, Performance Marketing, and Retailer Media engagements. Experience in Database Marketing, CRM, and digital marketing is essential.
