Position: Spa Associate at Hand and Stone of Costa Mesa


Are you familiar with Millennium or Zenoti booking software? If so, Hand and Stone of Costa Mesa is looking for an energetic and sales-minded Spa Associate to join their team.


  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
  • Ensure proper filing procedures and file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude and be a team player
  • Ability to handle various duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (training provided), and basic accounting principles.

  • Multi-task with ease while focusing on the guest

Compensation:
You will receive a generous hourly base pay, commissions for membership and gift card sales, and bonuses for meeting sales goals. On average, skilled front desk associates earn approximately $14.00-$17.00 an hour, plus bonuses.
