We trust that as a Construction Coordinator you will: (responsibilities)
Maintain reports to include: construction calendar, starts calendar, and inventory management, and other various spreadsheetsProcess start packages, includes checking option orders ahead of startsTrack change orders impacting permittingSupport Construction Administrator with permits and weekly startsPay all fees including impacts, permits, and red tagsApply for utilities including power and water for each lotPrepare and distribute packages and permits to the buildersAssist builders with miscellaneous issues such as fees or holdsUpload permitting documents in BuildProPerform other duties as assignedWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust have ability to multitask with attention to detailAbility to work independently in a team environmentMust have excellent overall computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office productsMust be highly proficient in Excel (testing required)Excellent time management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PublisherPrevious experience with a Home Builder, Contractor or Construction Supplier a plusFLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.#LI-GZ1Essential Functions:

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $26.00-$33.50
Bonus or Commission Eligible: Staff Discretionary 5%
