Located in West Houston area, Ballooms is a fun and unique business focused on celebrating in a big way. Team members will be responsible for artistically creating all orders, and occasionally helping to deliver Balloom orders.

We are looking for self-starters who are creative, flexible with their work schedule, and have the desire and ability to grow with our company as we expand.

*Great job to get paid to spread joy Schedule works for moms, retirees, young adults, Uber drivers, Instacart runners etc...

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of Balloom orders (preparing orders)
  • Occasional help with setting up orders
  • There are 2 shifts available:
  • Create and design balloons on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings (orders must be completed by 5 PM each day). We are looking for someone who can work all four days or for two people to work a split shift
  • Fridays and Mondays and then someone to work Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • Cover shifts for other contractor's
  • Safe driving record and pass a criminal background check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Some design skills are a plus but not required
  • Must like working with balloon products
  • Must be able to work weekends

Qualifications:

  • Have experience and knowledge with service type business

This is an active job - you will need to have a positive attitude, highly energetic, and competent in time management skills Must be detail oriented Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays Ability to have flexible schedule to adapt to order volume. Proficient in problem analysis and problem solving High level communication skills

MUST be a team player:


  • MUST be able to work independently without assistance:
  • Dress the part, we ask that you look clean and presentable in Balloom attire or your own
  • Must be able to carry 20 Lbs and willing to work in all weather conditions.
  • Must have the ability to drive a large delivery van
  • Must be friendly, team oriented and possess a good attitude

Up to $21.00 per hour
