Team members will be responsible for artistically creating all orders, delivering and picking up Balloom orders. We are looking for self-starters who are creative, flexible with their work schedule, and have the desire and ability to grow with our company as we expand.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Fulfillment of Balloom orders (prepping, installing, and pickup)
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
- There are 2 shifts available:

- Pickup, Load, unload and install balloon decor on Tuesday morning, Thursday morning and Friday nights. Create and design balloons on Thursday mornings as needed.
- Pickup, Load, unload and install balloon decor on Thursday, Friday evenings and Sunday mornings.
- Cover shifts for other contractor's
- Safe driving record and pass a criminal background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Some design skills are a plus but not required
- Must like working with balloon products
- Must be able to work weekends

Qualifications:

- Have experience and knowledge with service type business

**Key Competencies** **This is an active job - you will need to have a positive attitude, highly energetic, and competent in time management skills ** Must be detail oriented Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays Ability to have flexible schedule to adapt to order volume. Proficient in problem analysis and problem solving High level communication skills
- **MUST be a team player**:

- **MUST be able to work independently without assistance**:

- Great sense of direction, you will need a smart phone with a GPS to be able to find your way around our delivery area
- Dress the part, we ask that you look clean and presentable in Balloom attire or your own
- Must be able to carry 20 Lbs and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Must have the ability to drive a large delivery van
- Must be friendly, team oriented and possess a good attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
