Job Description:

  • Responsible for driving profitable sales growth across various equipment categories
  • Develops relationships with doctors and key practice staff
  • Executes effective strategies for acquiring new accounts through cold calls
  • Generates referrals from current customers and manufacturers representatives
  • Plans and coordinates events like technical demonstrations
  • Prepares for sales visits and develops client-specific strategies
  • Analyzes customers' business needs and selling opportunities

Equipment and Technology Sales:

  • Coordinates with other sales professionals to demonstrate and promote equipment and technology
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for equipment and technology solutions based on customer needs
  • Communicates financial benefits of equipment purchases
  • Utilizes computer software for facility project planning

Project Management:
  • Prepares project schedules and ensures on-time completion
  • Evaluates project plans, coordinates with designers, and suggests modifications

Customer Relations:

  • Provides post-sale customer support and assistance
  • Conducts client meetings to ensure satisfaction and highlight value-added services
  • Assists customers in choosing service providers based on their needs

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Strong initiative, customer service, organizational skills required
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills necessary
  • Previous success in exceeding sales goals is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office and possession of a valid driver's license required
  • 3+ years of dental industry experience preferred
