Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Assisting in developing business cases and project charters.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation such as business requirements and process flows.
  • Assisting in designing and implementing solutions to meet business needs.
  • Working across teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Testing and validating software applications or systems.
  • Providing support during implementation, including training and documentation.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators for solution effectiveness.
  • Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders promptly.
  • Seeking continuous process improvement and optimization opportunities.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling.
  • Capacity to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Prior internship or work experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
