A Little More About the Role:

We are growing In this newly created role, we're looking for an Associate Sales Manager.

This position has the primary responsibility for the growth and management of Gravie's Health insurance solutions through Broker Partners, Brokerage General Agents (BGA), and strategic partners in existing sales regions.

You Will:

  • Work with the Regional Vice President of Broker Sales to secure new relationships and manage existing relationships for the purpose of selling Gravie's Comfort Health Plan and ICHRA Marketplace solutions.
  • Execute a sales plan and strategy for the region.
  • Be responsible for achieving planned revenue production goals.
  • Work to understand industries and market segments that align with Gravie's products and services, company needs and requirements.
  • Work independently and with members of a team. Most frequently this position will work the Vice President of Sales, Regional Vice President of Sales, and marketing to execute a sales plan and drive new business to Gravie.
  • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
  • Open new broker relationships in key markets.
  • Become an expert in selling TPA, Stop Loss, Clinical and PBM services that create Comfort plan design.
  • Travel as required in the territory, must be located within the Atlanta, GA area.
You Bring:

  • We care less about what your diploma says and more about how your experiences have positioned you as an accomplished health plan sales expert.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with brokers or consultants in the employee benefits and health insurance space
  • Self-motivated with relentless drive for success
  • Ability for make connections with people easily and build trusting, long lasting relationships
  • High energy, excellent coaching ability
Extra Credit:

  • Previous startup company experience
  • Experience working with health insurance carriers or Third Party Administrators (TPA)
  • Knowledge or experience working with level-funded or self-funded health plans
  • Stop Loss experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce
