Our unique approach combines the most effective techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis science with interactive play-based learning. We primarily utilize NET strategies and emphasize generalization through engaging field trips. We are on the lookout for dynamic and playful Certified Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping children learn and have a great time in the process. At SOS, we provide hands-on training to our Registered Behavior Technicians, elevating your ABA expertise through weekly team training sessions and quarterly in-service training days. We cover the costs for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. Additionally, we offer various specialized certification programs through the CR Institute platform.


Key Points:RBTs at SOS typically work full-time.Your pay remains unaffected by client cancellations.Teams rotate clients every 90 minutes within the center.We offer full-time team members 2 weeks of PTO annually, in addition to unlimited non-paid time off.

SOS serves as an approved practicum site for Purdue, Florida Institute of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Available Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday: 7:45 am - 4:15 pm (In-Center)
    • Monday - Friday: 7:15 am - 3:45 pm (In-Center)
  • Part-time: Monday to Saturday 8 am - 4 pm (Based on Availability)
  • Twice a week, work in the client's home from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Create and prepare client materials
  • Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA guidance
  • Incorporate sensory activities such as Arts, Crafts, Activities, and Games into sessions
  • Record client data using the Central Reach program
  • Convert appointments into billing
  • Compose detailed SOAP notes
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with BCBA
  • Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
  • Perform cleaning duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification (preferred)
  • No criminal background
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active

  • Deliver high-quality care to our clients
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines outlined by the BACB
  • Maintain client privacy as per HIPAA regulations
  • Uphold the clinic's reputation for an efficient and collaborative environment
  • Exhibit professional behavior with all team members, clients, and caregivers

Reporting Hierarchy:

  • Directly report to the CEO
  • Report to the Clinical Director
  • Report to BCBA
