About the opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Finance Advisor, to play a crucial role in the coordination and processing of financial activities within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) portfolio. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will closely partner with the business manager while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

This role will involve:
  • Collaborating across the university to maintain accurate financial records
  • Aiding in the processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Supporting the Business Manager with financial decision-making
  • Contributing to annual budget input
  • Monitoring revenue and expenditure
  • Assisting with recurring reporting and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Assisting with Process improvement
  • Meticulous record-keeping and processing of International Agent commissions and overseas representative payments.
