Front Desk Clerk Pay Rate:

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging with guests
  • Handling guest reservations
  • Gathering feedback to enhance guest experiences
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Answering phones and addressing inquiries
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Offering directions to local attractions
  • Promoting onsite amenities

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using software for orders and guest checks
  • Empathy towards guests

Job Type: Part-time

Working Hours: Afternoons/Evenings (2:30pm - 10:30pm), weekends, and holidays

Training: Provided
